No matter what defines your well-being take a look here for help and inspiration.
The student chaplains at Aarhus University offer individual conversations and group counselling. Every student regardless of religious and cultural background can contact the chaplains for a talk. You decide the topic of the talk. It can be about everything from relationships, loneliness, stress or grief to religious issues – just anything that can trouble you in life. No problem is too small and all the conversations are fully confidential. All their offers are free and the conversations can be held at the chaplain’s office, on the phone, online or as a walking conversation outside. With the new semester after the summer break the two groups for group counselling start up again: the divorce group and the heartache group. The weekly meditation on Monday evening in the Silence room in the Student House also start up again. Contact the student chaplains for individual conversations here or show up for the other offers. The student chaplains look forward to see you!
