Apply for the Otto Mønsted Bright Idea Award
Do you have an innovative idea with commercial potential that seamlessly combines research insights with business understanding? If so, seize the opportunity to win DKK 250,000 by applying for the Otto Mønsted Bright Idea Award before 15 August 2025!
The Otto Mønsted Bright Idea Award celebrates exceptional students, researchers, and business professionals who are pioneering innovative ideas, products, processes, or solutions that advance Denmark’s trade and industry. The award not only recognises outstanding contributions but also aims to inspire and support the continued development of groundbreaking ideas.
Eligible applicants include BSc, MSc, PhD students, and Postdocs from any of Denmark’s eight universities. Applications can be submitted individually or on behalf of a team.
The Otto Mønsted Foundation will award DKK 250,000 each for the best Early-stage and Late-stage ideas. Additionally, the jury may award special prices to ideas that make a remarkable impression.
