New attendance requirements for all transferable skills courses
A minimum of 80% physical attendance is now required to avoid the no‑show fee
We are introducing updated attendance requirements and a revised no‑show fee policy for all transferable skills courses. To pass a course, you must now be physically present for at least 80% of the scheduled sessions. Please note that homework, assignments, and similar activities do not count as participation.
A no‑show fee equivalent to DKK 1,200 (the price of one ECTS) will be charged if you:
- are absent for more than 20% of the course, or
- cancel your participation after the official cancellation deadline.
The only exceptions are cases of registered illness, death of a close relative, or similar serious circumstances. In the event of late cancellation due to illness, we may require a doctor’s note. You must notify the course secretary of illness‑related absence no later than 9:00 on the day of the course.
For online courses, the no‑show fee is DKK 500.
These changes aim to ensure fair use of course resources and to make room for participants on waiting lists. Please remember to cancel your registration before the deadline if you are unable to attend.
