All GSNS and GSTS transferable skills PhD courses must be evaluated using the schools’ evaluation template.
However, it is of vital importance to ensure that you as course lecturers can evaluate on topics specifically targeted the individual PhD courses and get feedback on this. Therefore, the evaluation template consists of 7 questions from the Graduate Schools and up to 5 questions from the course lecturer. We highly recommend that you make use of the option to include your own questions.
In the template in the right sidebar, you will be able to see the schools’ questions. In the form below, please state which (up to) 5 questions you would like to include in the course evaluation for the coming year. We will then include them in the course evaluation. Please note that you will not be able to change any of your questions until next year’s courses.
We encourage you to emphasise the importance of completing the evaluation to the PhD students.
After completing the course description template, carefully review the sections in the information form below and fill them out. Note that the form must be completed and submitted in one go, as partial submissions are not allowed.
1 ECTS equals 25-30 hours of course participation and workload.
