Transferable skills courses are courses in generic skills e.g. Academic English or Project Management. Attending a course in Science Teaching is compulsory if you work as a teaching assistant etc., and taking the course is advisable for other PhD students as well. It is recommended that you use a maximum of 10 ECTS on transferable skills courses.
